KO REVIEW


In the beginning of the film itself, a Bank Robbery takes place. That Bank Robbery takes place under the leadership of Naxal leader Bose Venkat. After Robbery, when they move away, the Photo Journalist of the Dhina Anjal Newspaper Jeeva passes by that way. As the Naxal group sees Jeeva taking their Photos, they start chasing him. From then, the excitement increases. While he tries to escape, Karthika misunderstands that he might me a Thief and asks him to fall. One member from that Naxal group takes snatches the Camera from Jeeva and runs away.
Within that time, Jeeva takes the Memory card of his Camera, and hands it over to the Police as Photos. The Naxals get caught in another half an hour. As soon as he reaches his Office, he is drenched with appreciations.
Even, Piaa Bajpai works acts as the Reporter in the same office. Piaa is in one side Love with Jeeva. Even, Karthika gets transferred to that Branch of that same office. Karthika sees Jeeva and chases him again and as she comes to know about him, she cools down.
In the meantime, Elections approaches. The Leader of Opposition Kota Srinivasa Rao wants to occupy the Chief Minister’s Post. For that, he approaches and consults even an Astrologer. The Astrologer advices him that, he can become a Chief Minister, if he marries a 13 years old Girl in the midnight. This news reaches to the ears of Karthika. She compiles this news in the first page of their Newspaper. Kota Srinivasa Rao knows about these developments, reaches that Newspaper office, threatens them, and takes away all the proofs left there for publishing that news.
Due to this, Karthika happens to lose her job. In the presence of Astrologers and Pandits, Kota Srinivasa Rao manages to marry a 13-year-old girl in the forest. Jeeva manages to take the snaps of this incident. And this is sent to Police. Later Karthika gets back her job.
Ajmal comes as a Student, who studies in the Student Organization named “Siragugal”. Ajmal wants educated youths to come into Politics. He conducts a Public gathering. In that, a Bomb blast occurs. Of the many people who die in that incident, Piaa Bajpai is also one.
Who kills Piaa Bajpai? Prakash Raj wins or not? Whether the “Siragugal” organization winds or not? Whether the Jeeva’s efforts succeeds or not?

All the 6 Songs are very good. Peter has stunned everyone by his Stunt Direction. The Cinematographer Richard Nathan has given additional liveliness to the film. The Writer Subha and K.V.Anand’s Dialogues gets huge applauses.
This film shows that, the Press has power even to bring in Political changes and revolutions. The film “Ko” is sure to win over the Hearts of everybody. Kudos to “Ko” team!
