Specialties of “Ponnar Sankar”;
Thiagarajan has put in huge efforts and made a wonderful film. That too, in the making of Period film, he has proven his excellence. Prashanth was away from limelight. But, now he has come with a Double bang. As he is already an Expert in many Martial arts and many other things, he has bore this film on his shoulders nicely. Shaji Kumar Cinematography is above par. His Camera works in the Final Climax battle and in Song sequence are really appreciable.
Music is by Isaignani Ilaiyaraaja. “Annanmar Kadhai” and “Kannai Parithen” are very good.
Thiagarajan guaranteed that, the film would be a good visual treat. He has surpassed the assurances made by him, by stunning visual presentation. The Fans can feel it, when they see the film. Thiagarajan is also the Costume Design Director for this film. This film has all the aspects to be remembered as one of the best Historical film made in Indian Film History. Apart from all the other specialties, Prashanth is an Expert in Visual Effects and he is also the Visual Effects Director of this film.
Conclusion;
The film is very good in many aspects. Literally, there are nothing faulty in this film. Prashanth and Thyagarajan have mesmerized everyone by their remarkable work in this film. This film would be very good to watch in Big Screen. It is better that, the audience support the efforts made by this team and encourage them to the fullest.
